Prices

The price depends on the type of the apartment and on how long the guests are staying. In the studios we can put in an extra bed for an extra charge of 10% of the room price.

• A reservation is considered valid only after a deposit has been
  received 5 days after the agreement (not more than 35% of
  the total sum) and after a copy of the deposit has been sent to the
  hotel via fax or e-mail.
• The remaining amount (after you paid the prepayment) is to be paid
  in cash (we don’t accept credit cards) , the latest before check-out.
  If you prefer you can pay the total amount in advance to our account,
  but then please notify us.
• If a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the date of arrival,
  the total amount of the deposit is returned. If the cancellation takes
  place 14 – 20 days before the date of arrival, the 50% of the advance
  is returned. In case the cancellation of the reservation is made 13
  days or less from the date of arrival, the deposit is not returned.
  Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor.
• If the guests do not stay for the entire period booked, they will be charged
  50% of the cost for the unused period.
• Additional bed to an apartment or studio comes with an increase
  of 20% on the price.
• The day begins from hour 12:00 midday of one day and lasts up to
  hour 12:00 midday of next day. Consequently, the right of use of a
  room is maintained up to the 12:00 midday. For use up to hour 18.00
  the additional tax is 50%. After 18.00 the entire amount of the rent
  is charged.
